Agreement
between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia
on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and service passports
The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia hereinafter referred to as «the Parties»,
considering to strengthen the friendly relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Indonesia,
desiring on a reciprocal basis to simplify mutual travel of nationals of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Indonesia, the holders of valid diplomatic and service passports between the two States,
pursuant to the prevailing laws and regulations of the States of the Parties,
have agreed as follows:
Article 1
Visa exemption
Nationals of the States of the Parties, holders of valid diplomatic and service passports may enter, leave and transit through the territory of the State of the other Party without visas for a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of entry and cannot be extended.
Article 2
Duration of the validity of the passports
The duration of the validity of the diplomatic and service passports of nationals of the States of each of the Parties shall be at least 6 (six) months before entering into the territory of the State of the other Party.
Article 3
Visa restrictions
Nationals of the States of the Parties, holders of valid diplomatic and service passports, shall enter and depart from the territory of the State of the other Party through any check-points opened for international traffic without limitations, except for those stipulated in the security, migratory, customs and sanitary provisions, according to national legislation of the State of the Parties may apply to holders of valid diplomatic and service passports.

Visa for members of diplomatic missions, consular posts and
representations of international organizations
