2. Pension provision to military, personnel of bodies of Internal Affairs and the State Investigation Committee at the expense of mandatory and voluntary pension contributions to accumulative pension funds shall be carried out within the procedure defined by the present Law.
Section V. Final provisions
Article 67. State Social Allowances on Invalidity, Survivorship and
Old Age Having the right to Receive Social Pensions, Invalidity Pensions,
Survivorship Pensions and Old Age
1. Granted invalidity, survivorship pensions, social pensions shall be paid from the state budget as state social old age, invalidity, survivor allowances beginning January 1, 1998.
2. Amount of the state social allowance may not be less than the amount of pension received before January 1, 1998.
3. The invalidity allowance on conditions stipulated by Article 9 of the present Law on a citizen's wish may be replaced by pension payment from the Center within the procedure specified by legislation.
4. Terms, procedure for granting and amount of the state social allowance shall be defined by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Article 68. Responsibility for Violation of Pension Legislation
Responsibility for violation of pension Legislation shall be established in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Article 69. Procedure for Coming into Force of the Present Law
The present Law shall come into force beginning July 1, 1997 except Articles 1,2; items 1,3,4 of article 4, article 5, 7 - 21; items 1, 2, 4, 5 of article 23; article 24; paragraph one of item 2 of article 27; article 60-67, which shall come into force beginning January 1, 1998.
